Dana has worked and contributed his personal time to the festivals and events industry for 30 years. He has been instrumental in organizing events of all sizes – from non-profit and corporate to large community events. He was a dedicated team leader at Complete Rent-Alls in Hamilton for a great many years, retiring as General Manager in 2000.
Dana’s experiences and expertise is so wide reaching that his legacy lives on today – not only in the City of Hamilton but also in many communities across Ontario. Dana also served on the FEO Board of Directors for over eight years and was instrumental in recognizing the importance of suppliers to our industry. Dana also hosted many hospitality suites at FEO conferences, to foster networking between suppliers and event organizers. Of course, there are many stories from these nights that live on today.
Dana is everyone’s friend, providing service and support above and beyond, and his infectious laugh can be heard a mile away. Dana formally retired from the festivals and events business to begin a new career in the wine industry and he is now the proud owner of Carafe Wine Making Co. in Hamilton.
