Cathy Seguin is currently the Manager of Arenas and Facilities with the City of North Bay. Previously the Recreation Coordinator for the City of North Bay, she managed the North Bay Heritage Festival and Airshow, one of northern Ontario’s largest festivals.
Cathy also sits as a member of the Community Emergency Measures Program, as the Coordinator of Evacuation Centres. She has been involved in the bid submissions, hosting numerous municipal events and assisted with the hosting of various community events.
In addition, she has facilitated courses and sessions on festival and event management for numerous organizations, such as the International Festivals and Events Association, Society of Directors of Municipal Recreation Ontario, Parks and Recreation Ontario and Festivals & Events Ontario, just to name a few.
