Carassauga Festival of Cultures has been celebrating multiculturalism since 1986. Recognized as the largest multicultural Festival in Canada, Carassauga organizes a city-wide family oriented 3-day event. Carassauga partners with ethnic community groups to host our pavilion sites to showcase various countries, promoting awareness and appreciation of culture. Our Pavilions are located in various cultural and community centres throughout Mississauga, giving visitors the opportunity to “travel the world” without leaving the city. During the weekend, guests visit multiple pavilions to enjoy sampling foods, watching various performances, and learning about the richness of each culture through displays, interactive activities, and vendors.
