The Ontario Plowmen’s Association’s (OPA) – the parent organization for the IPM – mission is to advance the interest and involvement in agriculture and rural living by promoting new technologies, environmental and safety issues, and by preserving the history of soil cultivation.
The IPM is the tangible event bringing this mission to life. The IPM highlights the history of agriculture including the plowing and provides festival backdrop for showcasing the history and advancements in agriculture. The IPM includes demonstrations, food and merchandise vendors, displays that expand on the mission to ensure that the event is fun and engaging for all.
