Event Description

2025 3 Day Bala Cranberry Festival from Friday, October 17th - Sunday, October 19th! Hours: Friday - 10am to 5pm Saturday - 9am to 6pm Sunday - 9am to 3pm

Autumn in Muskoka wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the Bala Cranberry Festival,
returning for its 41st year;

Friday, October 17th - Sunday, October 19th 2025!

  • Hours: Friday - 10am to 5pm

  • Saturday - 9am to 6pm

  • Sunday - 9am to 3pm

From the bustling artisan market and live entertainment to street performers, delicious
local eats, and family-friendly attractions, the festival has something for everyone. Kids will
love the expanded Kid Zone, featuring a trackless train, carnival games, and more. Don’t
miss the special children’s entertainment happening on both Saturday and Sunday! Follow us
on social media for more details.

The celebration extends beyond the festival grounds, with beloved community events such as
the Rotary Club of Bracebridge and Muskoka Lakes Duck Race—taking place Saturday at 3
p.m.—and a vibrant vendor and farmers market at Portage Landing, offering even more to
discover.

While you're in town, be sure to visit the iconic Muskoka Lakes Farm and Winery. Please
note: the Farm operates independently from the festival, so plan ahead and purchase tickets
directly through their website at www.cranberry.ca.

Buy in Advance and Save!
Important update for 2025: Admission prices will increase at the gate, so we strongly
encourage guests to buy tickets online in advance at
www.balacranberryfestival.on.ca/tickets.

Advance ticket holders will save money and enjoy access to TWO NEW entrance points for
faster, more convenient entry. More information on those entrances to follow, so stay tuned! All
tickets include the 2025 edition of the festival’s collectible button.
As always, proceeds from the festival support its non-profit mission to boost tourism in
Muskoka and reinvest in the community through bursaries and local group funding. This beloved
annual tradition brings the community together for a weekend filled with colour, flavour, and
unforgettable memories.
