  The Newmarket International Festival of One Act Plays 2024 Featuring Some of The Best One-Act Plays Entered From Around The World     Saturday, Sept. 7th, 2024 Time: 8:00pm – 10:00pm  Doors Open @ 7:30pm   The Nature of Stars by Rosemary Parrillo and Amy Ellis Nutt – Drama, Marlton New Jersey, U.S.A.- Marcia is a poetry bookstore owner who is being forced to close after her landlord raised her rent beyond affordability. But before that happens, can poetry help her customers in their everyday lives? Can it help her? Queen Mari’s Castle: Live! by Lisa Dellagiarino, Singapore – Dramedy – Lila, Kyle and Suzzane are actors in a travelling children’s theatre show while Taylor is the stage manager. They all see their lives and predicaments through their own lenses with Lila, a Julliard-trained actor, feeling her role as a dog in the show is beneath her pedigree …However, watch what you wish for!   TICKETS!!!
