The Hike Haliburton Festival, one of Canada's longest-running guided hiking events, has been inspiring visitors since 2003.
Held each September and a Winter Edition in February, the festival connects passionate volunteer hike leaders, Indigenous knowledge keepers, naturalists, geologists, and storytellers with experience-seekers from across Ontario.
Participants explore the stunning landscapes and rich cultural history of the Haliburton Highlands through guided hikes on both public and privately accessed lands. It's a uniquely immersive, community-driven celebration of nature, stories, and place.
