Stouffville Main Street 5K (June 2026)

The Stouffville Main Street 5K and Kids 1K Dash event begins bright and early with the community coming together to sing our National Anthem followed by opening remarks, words of encouragement, and a cheque presentation to the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation. The 5K participants head down our Historic Main Street, while the younger kids dash around Memorial Park; all while having fun and raising money for our community hospital. This event is rounded out with many other activations including instructor led warm ups, water re-fill stations, post-race nourishment, post-race stretching and physio, a variety of photo-ops, family activities, and more.
